Return & Refund Policy

At Fatima Modesty (operated under Admired Solutions LLC), we strive to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes, an item may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded).
  • Undergarments and swimwear for hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@fatimamodesty.com or through our website’s contact form to initiate a return. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your return request and, upon approval, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send back the items.
  3. Ship the Items Back: Pack the items securely in the original package if possible and include the RAN provided. Ship the package using a traceable shipping service of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or the wrong item was received. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned items. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the item you wish to receive in exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item that is not what you ordered, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@fatimamodesty.com. We will arrange for a free return shipping label and process a refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
